Final archival product release
This site now documents the final archived release of the P.I.T.S product line.
P.I.T.S specialized in customer-facing account communication, secure staff workflows, internal administration tools, managed updates, and high-discipline support operations. Development is now permanently canceled, and the site remains as archival reference only.
What we do
The platform is built around three operational lanes.
We are not a generic IT shop. We specialize in a secure internal technology platform made up of three operational app surfaces and the service model around them.
Customer-facing account communication
The reminder application is designed for customer clarity, controlled refresh, approved updates, and secure support guidance.
Authorized staff control and record authority
The admin console is for staff who manage approved actions, maintain official records, and keep the company workflow clear.
Internal endpoint administration
The system app is for internal administrative and technical staff who gather managed device context and support safer handoff.
Required OTA delivery
We build version-aware delivery so stale builds are not quietly treated as trusted production surfaces.
Support, QA, and escalation design
We design the workflows around the apps so teams know who acts, who approves, and what must be preserved.
Plans that scale with the organization
From weekly trials to enterprise partnership, pricing maps to how much platform, support, and operational ownership you need.
Who this is for
Built for internal teams that need structure, not chaos.
The best fit is an organization that needs customer-visible account state, company-side control over resolution actions, and a safer way for internal staff to handle endpoint context.
Finance and revenue operations
Teams that need controlled customer-account actions, disciplined approvals, and clean support narratives.
Operations leadership
Teams that want an explainable platform instead of a fragile mix of manual process and scattered tools.
Internal technical administration
Teams that need endpoint-facing context without blurring that context into unauthorized company-record changes.
